Why you do what you do?

I love nothing more than making things more efficient; organizing is my favorite hobby. I love this job because I get the satisfaction of checking off my to-do list by helping people achieve their goals.

Who inspires you the most?

My children inspire me the most. They teach me to be present in each moment, be open to new adventures, and be generous with affection and appreciation.

What you like the most about your work?

I love the camaraderie of our team most. I've never enjoyed working with people as much as I truly enjoy working with Jan and Susan. We work hard, we play hard, and at the end of the day - our team feels more like a family than a business. What more could I ask for?

What would you do if you could do anything else?

If I could spend my time doing anything I wanted, I would travel to every US National Park and take photographs. Somewhere along the way, I'd also find time to knit various wool garments, meander through antique malls for hours on end, and spend all my evenings listening to live music.
